Booking Policy
Check-in Time
All rentals are available for check-in starting at 12:00 PM (noon) on the scheduled rental day. Please arrive promptly to ensure a smooth pick-up process.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Booking Changes Due to Weather or Flight Delays
In the event of adverse weather conditions or flight delays, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking within 48 hours without penalty. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with any changes.

Booking ID
For a smooth and quick pick-up, please make sure to have your Booking ID on hand. This ID will be provided upon booking confirmation and must be presented upon arrival.
